Please join us for a discussion on the Oregon Equal Pay Act of 2017. Jeff Burgess, BOLI Training and Development Specialist, will help us navigate this new law and provide the latest administrative rules issued by BOLI. Effective January 1, 2019, the Pay Equity Law prohibition will expand to prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, veteran status, disability or age. It also expands beyond just wages to include bonuses, benefits, fringe benefits and equity-based compensation. Please join us for the latest information from BOLI on how to have your organization prepared for this upcoming deadline.
