Salary: $63,788.97 – 92,225.71 annually

The College is seeking a Learning and Organization Development Coordinator to collaborate with key internal partners on organizational learning programs that support employee performance, engage staff and develop employees to their full potential. This is a new position at Clackamas with an opportunity to create programs to support lifelong learning, provide capacity for the College’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, lead employee engagement initiatives, implement our new employee learning management system, and facilitate organization improvement initiatives.
