The Senior Management Workforce Analyst acts as a thought leader and utility player to Human Resources Management ensuring deliverables meet expectations and timelines. The position wll report to the department director and work closely with the Program Managers on critical initiatives. In addition, this position will be responsible for related legislative and compliance analysis. It will provide a comprehensive portfolio of project management and work in areas such as employee engagement, pay equity, workforce planning, total rewards, business analysis, executive compensation, Administrative Procedures Manual updates, and transition from paper to electronic records.
The second level in the management analyst series. Incumbents perform full, journey-level professional activities in the research and analyses of a variety of administrative and business management policies and practices. Incumbents have broad-based accountability; are responsible for researching, evaluating and reviewing complex policies, practices, contracts, and services; and making strategic recommendations requiring a solid knowledge of local government operations and administration. Incumbents may have lead or formal supervisory responsibilities.
