Equitable Pay Analysis

    Since the rules provide no guidance on how to actually conduct a pay equity analysis, other that the 5 comparable characters... How are you measuring those characters for each position. Are you using 1-5, 1-10, something other than points? What are the definitions of each point value? Any ideas will be helpful.
